For you
  • We have everything you need for a good rest. Two big kitchens full of light, a balcony to have a cup of tea, a terrace to do yoga and take sun baths, cozy patio to have breakfast in the morning or to chat with new friends in the evening ;) Spacious living room with air conditioner all provide you coolness during the afternoon heat. All territory has free wi-fi coverage and you can use common laptop to check your mail or order a ticket
  • We will help you around the city, share discounts to cafes and taxi bike rent and free leaflets about beaches and city sights.
  • Every bed is equipped with 2 sockets and a light, provides fresh linens and a bath towel. You will have your own locker. Each room is equipped with air conditioner. You can use common iron and ironing board as well as a hair drier. You are welcome to drink free tea and coffee in kitchens and use all necessary dishes. Hot water in showers is always available.
  • Washer & drier, slippers and ear plugs are extra.

We have several simple rules for all our quests to have a comfortable stay
  • We always respect our guests and neighbours so ask to maintain quiet hours after 23:00 on all territory and in the street.

  • 18 years old and older are welcome.

  • We are not at spot 24hours so please let us know in advance about your arrival time! If your arrival time differs from the standard please negotiate in advance
  • Check-in time -- from 12:00, check-out time -- till 11:00
  • We don't have a car parking on Batumskaya street. Please respect this rule and feel free to park your car on Shmidta street 150 metres away.
